Harvesting of the fruits is been decided after the sweetness value is reached up to 12 - 13 Brix, and pesticides and chemicals are analyzed.

Türkmenoğlu produces and packs Satsuma mandarins.
Satsuma mandarins are raised in Gümüldür, Seferihisar, Selçuk, Narlıdere, Balçova and İnciraltı regions of İzmir.
